Leonardo Niola

Statement

Born in Rome in 1991, Niola is a figurative painter who mainly focuses his art on the inner aspects of the human being. He often represents compositions of human bodies as still lifes, decontextualizing and inserting them in ethereal environments. The bright but slightly desaturated colors and each element of the composition are designed to bring out as much as possible the emotional part and give to the observer different points of reflections and introspection.
